R3, 500 including 200km/day, excess distance R15/km
Option B:
R2, 500 including 100km/day, excess distance R15/km
FREE SERVICE: Vehicle tracking/location sharing
Insurance:
- Goods In Transit Insurance (GIT Insurance) can be taken out additionally.
- If you require GIT Insurance for items valued up to R250 000.00, the cost will be R350.00. Alternatively, the client can take out their own insurance.
- GIT Insurance will only cover items against loss/damages if the truck is in an accident, fire, theft or hijacking.
Terms & Conditions
- By accepting this quote or making payment on the quote/invoice you agree that Portable Event Infrastructure cc t/a Truck4hire cannot be held liable for any losses or damages to items during the move.
- You further agree that Portable Event Infrastructure will not be held liable for any damages/losses caused to any items during loading, transporting or offloading of items.
- You also agree that no legal action will be pursued against Portable Event Infrastructure or its Directors in the case of any loss/damages to items.
- We therefore highly recommend that the loading and off-loading of any items into and out of the truck be supervised by the client at all times.
- Items: Must be wrapped & boxed , we are not liable for damages (It is your duty to make sure your items are protected and to supervise the team on the day to make sure your items are secured – Our team handles items with care under the guidance of the Driver.
- Cancelations: Refund applicable only 72hours or more before the booking date
